Breathless

Calm a trash bag swirling ripped down    leave aside settled slime of existential afternoon drawl

Make it better again

Meticulously coloured-in Excel spreadsheet day savers do something

                                                Hour planned for self-reflection

Stop hitting that plastic mouse on the degenerating operating system

                                                                                                                                                                Catch a break

Too much gluten   clogging duodenum   shove that endoscope tight against inflamed walls

Put a cut hole in it

Stay in second gear         for the love of gentle white-grey feather

Lying on scratched plastic faux-hardwood floor  face down

Quadruple check that washing machine hose     calloused fingertips along stone-grey ridges

                                                                                                                But the handbrake

NBN technician multiple callout fee
